As our B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing salesstrategies for our HR software and services. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Creating a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively sell B2B (EAP or EmployeeHealth & Wellness) solutions to businesses and corporates.
✅ Identifying target markets, customer segments and key selling points for our product,software and services.
✅ Developing sales plans, setting targets, and implementing strategies to generate leadsand convert prospects into customers.
✅ Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximumimpact.
✅ Conducting regular meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the valueof our offerings to HR Heads and other key stakeholders/POCs.
